Nexite is a leading startup, which comes to revolutionize the IoT for fashion retail space. We develop a platform that merges the physical and digital spaces for retail. Our innovative platform is based on cutting edge battery-less BLE tags that communicate with a cloud platform through an in-store wireless access network.


We are growing fast and looking for a Director of Delivery to manage all nexite's customer onboarding projects



  • Planning and running all customer facing projects
  • Project management of large and complex projects
  • Build and manage project management, professional services and support teams
  • Implement best practices tools and processes to have efficient inbound management, fast customer on-boarding and high customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with internal teams, partners and customer teams to make sure we are delivering on time, within scope and on budget
  • Responsible to meet customer support SLA and satisfaction KPIs
  • Responsible for partners and customer trainings
  • Collect customer feedback and drive user adoption
  • Constantly improve and implement best practices for frictionless customer onboarding experience
  • Demonstrate significant understanding of the product architectures of the entire solution
  • Translating and managing complex technical issues through strong collaboration across teams

Who is the right candidate?

  • Bachelor's degree in computers or engineering
  • At least 5 years - proven experience implementing enterprise solutions
  • At least 5 years managerial experience
  • At least 8 years in customer facing roles
  • Can build organizations from scratch and be hands-on at the beginning
  • Ability to learn complex systems
  • Highly motivated with the ability to execute independently
  • A strong strategic vision for the customer experience and customer support
  • Technical troubleshooting and debugging skills; the ability to function as a technical lead
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a hardware-software company, with an understanding of both HW and SW customer support aspects
  • Strong management skills and ability to drive a team while willing to roll up sleeves and dive deep into the details
  • Process oriented. Used to define detailed and specific support-work processes
  • Strong background working with various support systems and project management tools
  • Detail oriented, understands technology product in detail and depth
  • Loves the high energy environment of a fast-paced startup
  • Data-driven decision-maker, with a willingness to experiment and iterate
  • Effective and productive collaborator to drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Desirable: experience in an IoT company
